As co-founder of AARE, Omri Sachs is responsible for all foreign investor and business relationships. Sachs brings a wealth of experience from his prior position as a senior manager at Adama Holding Public Ltd., a real estate development and investment company in Central and Eastern Europe, where he oversaw the company’s mergers-and-acquisitions activities, including private equity transactions and partnerships with institutional investors and local joint-venture partners. Sachs holds multiple degrees in law and economics from the University of Tel-Aviv (LLB; B.A) and the University of Chicago (LLM).

DVIR COHEN-HOSHEN

As co-founder and managing member of AARE, Dvir Cohen-Hoshen is responsible for strategic planning, business development, and deal sourcing. He has been involved in New York real estate since 2008, having sourced and managed several residential projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn on behalf of the AARE Founders Group. Previously, Cohen-Hoshen served as founder and CEO of Adama Holding Public LTD, a real estate development and investment company in Central and Eastern Europe, credited with developing approximately 1,700 residential units in Romania. Cohen-Hoshen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the Tel Aviv University.

RON VAKSIN

Managing Partner

As managing partner of AARE, Ron Vaksin oversees operations from acquisition through capitalization to disposition and sale. Previously, Vaksin served as the CFO at Adama Holding Public Ltd, a real estate development and investment company in Central and Eastern Europe, where he oversaw the company’s financing, corporate bonds relationship and other operational activities. Vaksin holds multiple degrees in accounting and economics from the University of Tel-Aviv where he previously taught finance and accounting courses post-graduation.

TOMER YOGEV

Managing Partner

As Chief Engineer and Head of Development at AARE, Tomer Yogev specializes in facilitating new construction, conversions, and gut renovations across all asset classes. He has extensive expertise in both project management and development, with a portfolio of properties totaling in excess of $4 billion spanning in North America, Israel, and Costa Rica. Yogev is a graduate of the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering.
